It's "what you'd expect in a Downtown business hotel" report reviewers of this "well-maintained", "convenient" chainster with the expected "atrium lobby"; "old rooms are spacious and shabby, new ones are tiny but chic", say some, but all are "moderately priced", so you can overlook service that sometimes "just does not exist."

Cost of parking/housekeeper at door on c/o day knocking early.

No hot tubs in the suite.

On honey moon would have like a big tub every thing else was great. Fridge in rooms for cold things.

No indoor pool or whirlpool.

Great hotel and service, but parking was a little steep at $27 a day. All 4 star hotels should have an indoor whirlpool and pool.

Hotel was beautiful. Excellent view of the city. Can't wait to go back.
$27.00 for valet parking was ridiculous.

I loved the location and the professional staff. The hotel was great all around.

The atmosphere was good and the view was good.
The concierge was rude when inquiring about sites.

I would probably stay here again if I had to. When the maid did not clean our room to quality standard and dirty towels were left on the floor the housekeeping supervisor did offer to clean our room again but we were tired and didn't feel like waiting.

The 24-hour cafe came in handy after a nighttime football game.
Nice view? Got view of hotel's other tower instead.

4-star hotels need to stop nickel-and-diming folks for every little service. Shouldn't a 4-star hotel include Internet service? I've had the same - or better - amenities at the 3.5-star Hyatt Place at half what I paid for the 4-star version.
