I honestly felt like royalty. My husband had a hard time getting me out the door! The chandelier was exquisite!

Didn't allow pizza to be delivered to room when though check in agent said they would.

Rooms were standard and no better than a Marriott but the bathroom was nice and there were a lot of on site restaurants and valet team were great. Also the complimentary car service and 24 hour room service as well as food quality was awesome.

Why no free Wi-Fi in rooms at such a nice place

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaints were as above. No free Wi-Fi in rooms. There were four ladies in our room...two queens would have been nice (instead of doubles)...apparently they don't have that option at this location.

Breakfast menu a bit pricey.

A wonderful getaway that I would recommend to friends The pool looked nice but it was too cold to swim. Loved the room, decor, bed and bathroom...nice tub. Friendly staff, lovely hotel.

The room was clean.
We were forced to take a smoking optional room which stunk. I requested a late check out and was told it would cost $30.

I was very pleased with the overall quality of the hotel. The only issues that I had was that we were forced into a smoking optional room because they were at full capacity or so they claimed and it was awful. Then I requested a late check out for 2pm and was told it would cost me $30.

Customer service was number one whatever I needed the answer was yes sir.

This hotel had all amenities you could think of including CD player in Room and IPOD capabilities they left nothing out.

Great location. Courteous staff. Beautiful room with a great spa tub.
Self-parking is $20/night!!

The staff is very welcoming/accommodating. Fast room service. Beautiful room. Beds have feather down mattress, comforter, and pillows. The complimentary shuttle was very useful (the car remained parked).
