Hotel Guest Reviews of the Intercontinental Buckhead
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 15, 2010

I was a little concerned about the hotel being on the other side of the river - takes a good drive to get to from River Street - but the ferry running every 15 minutes was great and added something new to our trip. The grounds were meticulous and staff was so accommodating. The new renovations, though not complete during our stay, looked like they were going to be beautiful. This stay certainly exceeded my expectations.

We stay at this hotel often when we come to Buckhead to shop. It is convenient just a block and a half from MARTA and really close to Lenox and Phipps malls, clean, beautiful and very service oriented. The bar lobby is great for a nightcap or to socialize with friends and the shrimps are HUGE.

I have stayed here twice and would go back again and again. It is beautiful and the hotel staff is excellent.

Simply fantastic in every way. One of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed in. The bell captain, will take very good care of you.

Great experience for someone who does not travel much. Comfortable atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Room was attractive, but mattresses surprisingly not as good as I had at the Georgia Conference Center in Athens. Worse, each time I used toilet paper, the roll feel off the spindle and I had to chase it on the floor to the side or behind the toilet. The pompous dispenser needs to be dispensed with! Hints of mold beginning to appear in bathroom. Courtesy car very convenient as I was able to easily return rental locally instead of with hassle of airport. Would be very convenient for shopping & dining.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are decorated nicely. We were gone all day and our room was not cleaned. We called and asked them to clean it and they changed the sheets, but not pillow cases. They didn't vacuum the room either.
