Charming downtown hotel with helpful, friendly staff, comfortable bed & linens.
TV
station choices limited,
TV movies priced over theater rate.
Charming, old style comfort & courtesy in a well maintained hotel downtown. Congenial bar area welcomes female business travelers with ease. Walk 1 block to MARTA saved need for rental car/parking fees/driving hassles. Well patrolled area allows for walking to nearby CNN center, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, Peachtree plaza mall. Not the place to hole up in the room and watch TV. The outdoor pool is open in October, but water temp. is for polar bears. Exercise room has more than enough to keep busy. read more

Fantastic staff! Every staff person I encountered was pleasant and very helpful.
There was an odor in the hallway where we stayed - perhaps from the carpet. Also, our room was non-smoking but the hallway smelled like smoke.
The front desk staff was very accommodating and the valet staff was very courteous. The rooms were kind of small but they were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Didn't like that the business center doesn't offer free internet. I had to go online and print directions to a destination and had to pay $4 to use the computer for a few minutes.

The bed was extremely comfortable, even though I have a bad back.
There was no small refrigerator in the room which would have made it so much better to have bottle water on hand.
I really enjoyed my stay at the Atlanta Marriot. The staff was very attentive and professional! I will be staying there again in the future!

Soft beds, clean, and spacious rooms.
I requested a room with double beds, or a king and sleeper sofa. The 1st room they gave us had only one king bed in it, and when I called the front desk they said they had no more available rooms. We took our bags down to the front desk, where they proceeded to send us to another room, one with double beds, even though they told me on the phone they had none available. The 2nd room already had guests staying in it. Finally they send us to a 3rd room, which worked out. I was little put out at the fact that they lied about having available rooms and made us switch rooms 3 different times. Other than the room issue, everything was great. Beds were soft and comfy, rooms were very clean. read more

Great location between the Dome and Phillips Arena.
Valet was in a bad location.
The hotel is older and the valet is awkward.

Nothing.
Room size was ridiculous.
