The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.
Didn't like the location.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. However, I was disappointed because the hotel was not next to the restaurant (Cracker Barrel) as stated on the website. Therefore, if you are not a continental breakfast person and prefer not to drive out to eat early, you will not be satisfied. On the other hand, if you like continental breakfast, you will be fine. I also did not care for the location. I am glad this was a one night stay. read more

Handicapped accessibility rooms are very wheelchair friendly.The staff is very engaging and personal.
Choices at continental brkfast slim...very crowded small room.

Very nice accommodations for the traveling purposes we had. We often find that wheelchair accessible rooms aren't truly accessible but this room was very accomodating. Staff was very friendly and very focused on customer service.

The hotel was very clean and decorated nicely.

Honestly, we were in this hotel a very short time. We arrived close to 11 p.m. and left early in the morning. But the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. I'd stay there again.

The pool and the staff was very helpful.

The staff was very helpful, steered me to great places to eat and correct directions on getting there. Hotel was clean. Grandkids loved the pool. Meet all of my needs for this stay.

Bed was very comfortable.
Remote control did not work properly for the TV.

Somewhat difficult to get to due to construction on I-20 but a helpful staff, large parking area for my truck and very comfortable bed made it worth the effort. Room did not smell exactly clean but did not smell unclean - hard to describe but it did not affect my overall impression.

Great hotel, I would recommend this hotel to friends, family, and some no-so friendly associates. That's how good this hotel is (service/staff).
