The big screen T.V., the layout of the room and the nice atmosphere/decor in the room.
The free breakfast was OK.

This hotel was far above our expectations! We had never stayed at a Hyatt Place and didn't know what to expect but this hotel was by far the best we have stayed at in a LONG time. The room layout was wonderful, very spacious and comfortable. The decor was very modern and the big screen T.V. was an added plus!

Friendliness of the staff!.

We were thrilled with this hotel. Large room, the lady at check-in gave us a TOUR of the facilities, huge flat screen TV, large living room area. Continental breakfast.

This was one of the best places we have stayed thru priceline.com. We we in town for Shawn Hannity's Freedom Concert and it was very convient to the arena and resturants.
