Location, poor service, lack of cleanliness, bad neighborhood.
This is definitely a terrible choice for a female traveling alone or family. The hotel is not being well- kept, the staff is friendly but seem bothered when you ask for anything such as an extra towel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. There are better economy hotels than this.

Did not feel safe, next door to a men's club, dirty, pool was closed, and ice machine was broken.
This hotel is not a 2 star hotel. I did not feel safe so we did not stay. The room we had been given had the door wide open and was dirty slept in bed. The manager had closed the pool due to unsavory characters around. Would not fix the broken ice machine because it would just get broken again.

The hotel was dirty, the staff was rude and couldn't communicate!
The hotel is placed in an old abandoned area and when we walked into our hotel room, the room was very stuffy. When we pulled back the covers, the blanket was dirty with yellow spots all over it. The pillows were also filthy with a dark yellow tint and mucus/saliva rings. There was not iron or ironing board. The staff barely spoke English and some couldn't communicate at all. The swimming pool did not appear to be sanitary and had a lot of dirt at the bottom. The fridge in the unit was old and rusty and phones didn't work properly. Stay away from this hotel. I was thankful that I brought blankets with me and that we only had to stay there for one night. You can tell that the owner must not care much about this property. read more

Although it was said that they had free shuttle service in their homepage description, they did not provide shuttle service. I had to pay $30 per one way from airport to the hotel. It cost too much. Much worse, hotel person's attitude was totally un honesty. It was the worst hotel.

You name it, it was horrid.
The recommendation on the website made this out to be a lovely place to stay for people on a budget. It took us 3 tries to finally get the room we had booked. There are no restaurants nearby and I don't even want to mention the detention facility that is directly across from the hotel. I was afraid I would hear bullets in the night and was unsure if my car would still be there in the morning. The room and bathroom reeked of tobacco.
