That
I was able to leave without catching a disease or parasites.
Filth everywhere!
Locks broken, trash on top of tv and floor, microwave had food baked to every surface, towels stained. I can honestly say in 20 years of traveling 3 to 5 times a month, this was the worst room I have ever stayed in. I slept in my clothes on top of the linens.

Close to highway.
Not very clean.
The room was cozy, not very clean though and met my traveling needs plus it was close to the highway making it convenient.

The room was much nicer than other one or two star hotels we stayed in.
The staff was confused about our reservations.
This hotel was definitely a great deal for what we spent. The room was big, comfortable and clean. We stayed in two star hotels which were not nearly as nice. The location was fine for us (we were on a road trip and had nowhere in particular to be) but I would not recommend it to those doing business in Atlanta as it is a little out of the way and we did hit major traffic on our way into the city in the morning. There also isn't much to do by way of entertainment, bars or nice restaurants in the area. However, overall, we were pleased with our stay. read more

Nothing at all.
The hotel clerk lies to your face.
I arrived was arriving early and I phoned the hotel ahead. The man that answered the phone told me early check before 11 am would not be a problem. When I arrived the lady at the desk told me that I can't check in until 2pm and that I must sleep in my car until then. I asked is it because there are no rooms she said yes. When I pointed to the sign smoking only room available she said she can't check me in. After sitting my car until the cleaning crew arrived I went back in and ask again can I just get a room it's already paid for the lady said all the rooms are dirty and the cleaning staff isn't in yet. When the cleaning walked in to from cleaning the room= right next to the office I wanted o cancel however the room wasn¿t refunded after I told the lady she lied to me twice already and does she want to tell a 3rd lie she pulled my info and gave me a key to my room. read more

The price was attractive.
The hotel was advertised as close to ATL.
I found that the accommodations were sufficient ($45), however for the $25 taxi ride (x2) I would have rather spent the money on better accommodations close to the airport with a shuttle.

Location.
Communication issues.
I wanted to heat up a take-out meal after 10 pm (I did not realize the doors to lobby locked before then). The hotel clerk was a bit agitated due to there were others wanting to get in as well. Although he reluctantly opened the door, I declined to go in. I was agitated as well by that moment. Chalk it up to a misunderstanding/miscommunication from both of us. I would return again-with a better understanding of the rules and regulations of how that particular motel works. And I hope that the communication level will be better. read more
