It was close to where I needed to be.
Manager was beyond rude and extremely unprofessional.
The minute I walked into my I was welcomed with bad odor. I pulled back to covers on the bed to find filthy pillow cases. I took them to the office to show the manager. She looked at them went back to her office and brought out two more pillows, telling this was not their standard. I insisted on another room which I got after I made clear the bed was dirty, not just the pillow cases. In the new room I was faced with a recent hole in the wall and dishes that had been put up dirty. Even in an economy hotel I expect clean linens, clean dishes and at the very least a roll of toilet paper. read more

Kitchen.
Doesn't seem to be well maintained.
No staff available on date of check in, front door handle was broken, electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work, washing machines out of order - no one seemed to care about us.

Nice kitchen and spacious living conditions, clean.
Somewhat dated interior but not too bad, great value.
Nice business travels extended stay hotel nestled in woods well off busy street. Nicely manicured landscape and very helpful staff.

The staff were so very friendly and accommodating.
The bed was very firm, so not comfortable the carpet needed cleaning.
Overall, the hotel was a great value for the price. The staff is what made it great - they were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was nothing that was promised and not delivered. The hotel is exactly what it claims to be - inexpensive for long term stays. I would have felt safer with inside doors, but I had no problems at all with safety concerns. You barely notice any of the other guests because of the layout. Parking was very convenient. I was on the first floor just a couple of doors away from the closest parking area. The washers in the laundry weren't great. Anytime I needed anything extra, the maids were polite and very helpful. As a woman staying alone and carefully watching my budget, I was really pleased. The Wi-Fi service was good, but sometimes would go in and out. The speed was about what I'd expect. The front desk clerks I dealt with were really pleasant and helpful. Grocery store, drug store, hwy 316 all very convenient. I extended my stay for another 2 weeks. read more

It was convenient to the location I wanted.
I thought it had a separate living room and bedroom.
The front desk clerk was not rude to me but rude to another customer in my presence.

Nothing.
Location, looks, service, internet accessiblity for business traveler, etc.
I will not want to stay at this hotel at all. The room had odor to it and I had to buy deodorizer to breath little better. It was not very business friendly, the area was not looking safe at all. The attendant was not friendly at all.
I have more, but I will just leave it like that.

I liked the wooded landscape and setup of the hotel.
The location was somewhat challenging due to high-level traffic flow.
Overall, this hotel was pleasant and deserving of a star level one. Its location was very convenient: super markets, plenty of restaurants, service stations and drug stores. However, don¿t expect on site service between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am because no one is scheduled to be there. You are on your own.
