The guy who checked us in smiled through the window and quieted the noisy neighbors at 3am.
Late arrivals are checked in at the side window, not the lobby.

The non-smoking room that was promised smelled like smoke, and the room itself was very over-due for freshening up, ie. peeling 80's era wall border, etc.
