Staff is very friendly. Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Beautiful pool area. Really good breakfast included.
Towels were scratchy.

I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the past 4 years. Great location. Quiet. Excellent staff. Really enjoyable stay.

It was very clean, decor of rooms was fitting.
I missed a telephone in the room.

The staff was very cordial. The continental breakfast ample and of good quality. The rooms, though not large, were very clean and had a nice feel.

Pool needed cleaning and hot tub was out of order.

St. Simon's is small so the location was ok. A bike could get you around or you will have to drive to attractions. Great hotel for those on a budget. The pool would be a great feature if it was cleaned of debris. Would stay there again.

2 regular mirrors plus full mirror.
Called Sunday morning to ask for extended check out, fine 12;00, then, office called to pay ASAP no communication between shifts and to housekeep.

Very hard to find because sign for plantation village small, road signs hard to see.

Out of main town traveled area and quiet and nice atmosphere.
Coffee was not left in my room for my convenience 2 our or 4 nights.

Breakfast bar was the greatest and very clean and employee was excellent in every way.

Did not have the microwave and refrigerator, like it said it did.

It is nice enough for the family and friend to get together, but you need a car, or some kind of mobile vehicles, to get to all the attraction.

Nice grounds, beautiful pool and spacious room.
Not within walking distance of any attractions.

Nice well maintained hotel with helpful staff and nicely maintained grounds. Attractive pool and ample parking.

The pool area was beautiful, the staff was excellent. Rooms were clean.
The bedspreads.

I would definitely recommend the best western hotel to any travelers in the St. Simon area. The staff was wonderful; the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel is close to the pier area, the beach and Brunswick.
