The look and how clean it was.
The pool was closed to children after 10 but open for adults which is great if you don't have kids.

The hotel was clean very well kept and the staff was friendly. The beds and pillows were wonderful.

Drunken, rowdy guests at all hours were not controlled.

Drunken, rowdy guests were not controlled, despite separate complaints to the staff on duty two nights. They were allowed to use the indoor pool after closing time, running around and yelling after 1:00 a.m.

Right off the interstate and convenient to local sights.
The hot tub was not as clean as it should be.

Very nice upscale hotel, within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Very close to downtown Savannah and local sights. Just off the interstate and located in a cul-de-sac so there was not a lot of traffic passing by.

The room was very clean and nice, beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond.
The pool was a little small and the hot jets would not stay on for more than 5 minutes when they did come on. The hot breakfast hours could be extended.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very nice the room was very clean.

Nothing, we were well pleased.

Our stay was relaxing and we were extremely well pleased with the availability of places to eat and the variety of such close by. Thanks for your hospitality.

Continental breakfast average 5 out of 10.

Felt refreshed in the morning after a long day's travel the day before, bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud, will stay at confort suites again.

The security of the hotel for my daughter and I who traveled to Savannah alone.
Wished the pool had been outdoors.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. All of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very accommodating. We will visit again in the future.
