Cheap price for the weekend date.
Smoking room, poor guest service.

We were assigned a smoking room, although we requested non-smoking. When we called day of arrival, the clerk was brusque, unapologetic, and rude concerning the smoking room. Upon arrival, the new desk clerk said we could be reassigned to non-smoking room for the 2nd night. Upon return for second night, this was no longer possible. This was the worst experience.

The location was good for those traveling and like to be close to retail stores.
The hotel was obviously a remake from a one star with a good paint job.

For solo business traveler the facilities were good. The Staff was friendly but not overly accommodating. The bread and biscuits were very old and stale. Conversely, this is the first hotel I have stayed at the the Waffle for breakfast option was very welcome and very tasty.

Hotel was very nice. I have gotten used to having a coffee pot in the room, and I missed that.

The rooms were clean. All the carpet, cabinets, bedding were new.
I am not a smoker, but volunteered for a smoking room. Smelly at first. But then ok.

Nice and helpful staff. Hotel was in nice neighborhood. All new paint, carpet, cabinets, pictures etc. Nice size bathtub. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nicer then I had imagined!
