The desk clerk was helpful about taking care of our bags.
Street noise was bad, even on the 19th floor.
Okay budget room, friendly staff, a bit noisy, good location.

The staff was very efficient and friendly, rooms very clean.
It is definitely economy, old furniture, basic cable, as expected.

In spite of the age and decrepit state of the room, it appeared to be clean.
Nearly everything.
The name of the hotel was not the same as on our reservation, signage was poor, the hotel was hard to find and off the main drag, the desk staff was polite, but not warm; the manager was frankly cold; they were rude and nearly antagonistic about us. The room was tiny, dingy, and the window wouldn't secure and the wind continuously blew it open. The air-conditioner couldn't keep up; the elevators was tiny, decrepit, slow, and scary. We checked out and found a much better accommodation in all aspects. read more

The room was clean and convenient.
Room was very small with lots of traffic noise.
Bare bones economy room with 2 twin beds. A couple of chairs would have been nice. There is no restaurant.

The hotel was two blocks from Waikiki Beach and surrounded by numerous mini marts, so shopping for food was easy.
When using the air conditioning in the room, we could smell cigarette smoke from someone else's room.
Great location. Not anything fancy, at all, but if you're not planning on hanging out at the hotel, it's a great place to sleep and shower. Also, having a micro and fridge is convenient.
