Staff
Plumbing was pathetic . Tub and sinks don't drain, faucet wont shut off.
Claiming to be a green hotel, this place is realy a bad example bath tub faucet was almost a steady run when shut off, and it was the hot faucet. The water running out was actually hot.

Location near the beach and Waikiki activities.
Nice hotel and a great location. I feel that the bedding was not great but only adequate. Well please with the price of the room.

It was in a good location.
No clean towels were brought in to the room.
The hotel staff upon check in were very nice. Towels were not changed out nor were clean ones brought in to the room.

Great location and
very central to everything.
AC is too loud, rooms are a bit small and
furniture is worn.
Located in the heart of Waikiki, this hotel was conveniently located in a central area. There were a great deal of shops, restaurants and other hotels in close approximation.

Easy to come and go.
No daily towel service.
Nice hotel overall, a bit north of where I would like to be, but ok. Easy to come and go, expnsive local calls ($.75) no towel service, could use do not disturb for the doors (maid service pounds away every 15 minutes)

Small, dirty & noisy room. Location is good, but no parking space.
Hawaii was on of our dream vacation and we were excited. When we Google'd and saw the hotel is 2 blocks aways from Waikiki, we were even more ecstatic. But, to our utter surprise when we reached and found there is no parking space, not even on the street ! We roamed around for 30 minutes in the surrounding, but all in vein. Finally we had to pay $18/day in the parking lot behind the hotel...I mean common, a hotel without a parking, can't believe it! Our experience wasn't even good from the inside of the hotel too. Hallways are narrow, room is small & dirty with noises from adjacent rooms. Only thing good about the hotel is it was near Waiki beach and the shopping places near it. read more

Water pressure poor.
Decent place with a beautiful view. Excellent location only a block or two off of the main shopping district in Waikiki. The beach was only three blocks. The room was clean and equipped with a TV, iron & board, mini fridge the usual stuff. The shower was not so great as the pressure was really bad. Stay out of the ground floor restaurant unless you like paying $20.00 for two domestic beers- but the 5th floor bar is great! read more

The hotel bar on the fifth floor has awesome bartenders and great specials!
The room size and on the edge of town location.
The accommodations where in sync with the price but I got annoyed every time I walked out side to buy drugs from every other person that walked by. The pool was small, about the same size as there hot tub. That did not make sense when there is so much open space on the floor that it is located. There is no security that ensures every person entering is a guest like other hotels I stayed at in the same area. Anyone can roam on up and use the same facilities that you are paying for. read more
