The attendants were friendly and helpful. They accommodated our needs and were happy to help. I loved the cookies they gave us!
The pool was closed but it was because of the cold weather.

We deeply enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They provided some of the best service I have had in a hotel before. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy! I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. If we are planning on staying in Boise again, we will definitely stay here again!

Great location and great price!
Check in process was way too slow!

Overall a wonderful value. Only negative was the wait to get checked in. We were traveling with a fussy baby and for some reason the gentleman behind the counter couldn't check us in, had to wait for a woman to return. By the time we got checked in the baby was beside himself and we were all stressed out! Otherwise, the rest of the stay and the accomodations were great!

Room was very quiet.
The carpet was very stained and really should be replaced.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and well appointed though I would have liked a refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is adequate.

our room was hot took 5hrs or more to cool

when we got there and went to our room, it was 95 degrees outside, the curtains were open and the air condition was never on. it was so hot and smelly. i went and talk to recept. she stated it was the hot side of hotel and the aircondition can't keep up. i stated i guess not especially since it was never turned on. plus the fan speed was on low did not work on high. it took about 5 hrs to cool. very disappointed in the room. it would have been nice if they would have offered us another room or even give us a discount. read more
