We were very pleased with our stay here. We wished we could have fit in the pool time, but the breakfast and room were great.

It was clean! Room was decorated tastefully!

Booked the room via Priceline and ended up with a King Suite. VERY nice room! I am a bit difficult to impress because I have stayed at so many hotels and I give this hotel a 10. I am impressed!

Very new hotel with very nice accommodations and staff.

Conveniently close to the freeway and the outback steak house. The staff was very accommodating and since we were celebrating our anniversary, the hostess overheard that when we were having breakfast and gave us a bottle of sparkling cider and balloons.

Very welcoming exterior. Beautiful.
Waffles were frozen toaster kind.

Very clean, comfortable, hotel. Close to the new Kroc Center. Lots of seating for the continental breakfast. Easy to locate swimming pool and workout area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Coeur D'Alene.

Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities, hot tub is open 24 hours, will definitely stay there again.
Pool/Hot tub had so much chlorine it made my eyes burn.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The location was just out of town, which made it very quiet. It was great that the hot tub & pool was open 24 hours as well. Breakfast in the morning was very good as well. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The service was extraordinary. The breakfast was complete and varied day to day. The fresh baked cookies is a nice touch!

The staff at this hotel is extraordinary. It didn't matter what shift was on duty, each of them took complete responsibility in answering our questions and giving helpful suggestions. I cannot say enough about them. The room is pleasant, updated and clean. The mattresses and bedding were excellent. The breakfast was complete with eggs and ham and varied a little bit each day so it stayed interesting. Each evening the staff bakes cookies, so you the smell is homey. Extra care was taken to decorate for the Halloween holiday in a tasteful and humorous manner. We totally enjoyed our stay! read more

I wouldn't change a thing.

Far exceeded expectations. They even provided free dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday! Breakfast had a very good selection. The staff member was wonderful, she even retrieved my wedding band from the tub drain! We would love to stay there again anytime. Reliable wireless internet in all the rooms at no extra charge.
