Triple Play features go-karts, bumper boats, bowling, laser tag, climbing wall, arcade, 2 miniature golf courses and a free children®s play structure as well as a limited service restaurant. Free fresh baked cookies in the lobby.
Rented Ste for 6, should have trash cans for 6!

We got two queen beds, and a hide abed, separate by a wall. The trash cans constantly overflowed as they were very small. The cleaning lady brought us a large green trash bag! We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, and the first coffee pot did not work. Continental breakfast was excellent!

The staff was very helpful.
A couple of the front desk girls were a little grumpy.

Great for kids because of the location adjoining the water park. Other family type things to do that looked like a lot of fun. The staff was very helpful accommodating some changes we asked for and for the most part everyone was just great.

Hotel was very clean, beds are very comfortable.
Very noisy, not enough staff, no full curtains to block light.

It's a great place if you have small children, just don't plan on getting much sleep between a hotel full of kids & the curtains that don't close all the way to block out the very bright lights. Several rooms only have one bed & no hide-away couch which is strange because there is absolutely no reason to stay there if you don't have children. We got the fireplace suite but it throws off so much heat you can't use it. The waterpark is like a sauna & so crowded my child didn't even bother with it. The hotel is newer & clean just be prepared for the chaos. read more
