Free breakfast, and it was excellent!
There was a fair amount of traffic noise, even in the room.

I enjoyed my stay there tremendously. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was attractive and clean, and the free breakfast was excellent.

There wasn't anything I did write.

The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable king size bed. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was a welcome surprise and choices were very good. Easy access to the interstate and surrounding restaurants and shopping centers. I would definitely stay here again.

Only shampoo and soap provided, no lotion/conditioner.

Great location, next to Johnny's Beef!
Right in the middle of major intersections. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Missed not having a swimming pool.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Having our pet with us is very important to us. We look for hotels that allow pets. The breakfast was great too!

The odor and wear of the furniture.

The hotel was conveniently located to dining establishments and shopping centers. The room had an undifined odor but I went out and bought a candle. The furniture was worn with tears in spots. The bathroom was tiny. Overall for the money and location it was a good place to stay.

I did not like the room layout as much as at Amerisuites in Grand Rapids MI where the bathroom is between the living/office room and sleeping area with a TV in each area.

Very clean room, extremely comfortable bed!!!
Liked everything about it.

This was my second stay in the Amerisuites in Arlington Heights, and once again I was extremely pleased with my stay. The hotel is immaculate, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the beds are heavenly to sleep in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks!!
