The beds were wonderful and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel was suppose to be non smoking but someone was smoking in the rooms around me.

I have never had problems with smoke at this hotel but the last stay someone was smoking in the rooms around me. I could smell it coming in the vent the first night I was there. My daughter has asthma but she wasn't there the first night. After that I did not smell it anymore. I wish smokers would be considerate of other people especially in a non smoking hotel!

The hotel was new or recently done. Very nice!
The hotel staff when checking out was not friendly. Had to call back later to complain.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I really liked the Bath & Body Works products too!

Good location for what we needed to accomplish while in the area.

You have to run the water for a good 2 plus minutes to get it hot enough to shower. Very wasteful in my view.
