Location.
The room felt a little dingy even though it had a nice bed and television. The carpet and strange glass door to the outside were weird.

The bedroom view.
When we arrived the fire alarm battery kept chirping and there was no hotel directory in the room.
Room was adequate, nothing real special. Small bathroom and older fixtures.

The staff was very courteous and helpful with info.
No ice machine on every floor. Shuttle service needs improved.
Excellent place to stay if you want to get away from the Northern Michigan Avenue hustle and bustle. Enjoyable long walk from the north to the hotel. Rooms were clean, but noise from the hallway was easily heard through the door. Heater in room didn't work that great but overall, the hotel was good for the price paid.

Great location, easy 5 minute walk to subway.
$5 for 15 minutes of computer access.
This is a great hotel for the business traveler or tourist. While not exceptional for 'extras' it does have a work-out facility, pool, and sauna. The location is excellent; the rooms are clean, spacey, the shower-massage in good working order. One drawback - if you want to use their computer, it will cost you - $5 per 15 minutes.

The pool was excellent, the remake of the rooms was nice.
Room was extremely small, very cold, wind blew right through windows.
The room was very small and cold, the windows need updating as wind would blow right through. The view was very nice. Most of the staff was nice, however we ran into one of those very power hungry clerks as we were leaving and it left a bad taste in our mouth. We were packing and trying to leave, but the line to check out and get valet was so long, we were over the time limit. They turned our room key off and locked us out - which was fine, understandable. I'm not usually so particular. In general, the hotel is older, the restaurant, I would not even have dined in. read more

Valet parking was cheap.
Nothing.
Hotel was nice, friendly staff. Kind of
not in a good spot - a long walk to restaurants or shopping.
