Bathroom was not cleaned properly, surface cleaning was done but toilet was not completely clean upon arrival.
The set up of the bathroom was a little strange, the shower curtain was on the outside of the glass in the room, and every time the matron came in to clean, she would open the curtain, so if you came back and just walked into the bathroom to use it you were putting on a show for the building across the way. Also, the closet door was also the bathroom door, you would slid it over and it didn't really stay closed properly. read more

I whole heartedly recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again if i get a chance to come back to Chicago.

The continental breakfast was good.
The staff was not customer oriented. The staff had no concern for the customer needs.
The hotel has a very young staff that are not customer oriented. The staff was not helpful when called upon. One of the staff members actually put back a statue right over my head while I was eating breakfast. Very unprofessional. The statue could have hit me in the head.

It was clean and convenient, as far as location.
I felt that it was cold and the staff was not as accommodating as they should have been.
My friend and I were in Chicago for a girl trip. We both felt that the hotel was cold, uncomfortable and not as accommodating than it should have been. The staff was just okay, felt that it was not a family friendly hotel. The walls must be terribly thin, because we heard every conversation, amongst other things on both sides, above and below!
