Mary the night host was helpful beond her duty.
Staff went ahead gave us a double, my husband and child was with us, a single bed would not do.
The staff at the hotel was so helpful, by showing us the easy way to the taste of chicago, and even giving us pass to ride the tram to downtown chicago.

The friendliness of the staff was unsurpassed.
The only fault, no heat lamps in bathroom.
A beautiful place to stay and the staff made you feel not only welcomed but also very appreciated. The rooms were spotless and very luxurious. I am sure the beds were well over $2000 beds and very comfortable.

Close to the airport, with free coffee and breakfast.
Had to pay $10 for parking.
Other than the $10 for parking this was a great hotel, close to the airport, had coffee 24 hours a day and a breakfast (although I had to be at the airport before it was served.)

Nice hotel.
$10 for parking.
It was clean, convenient to the airport, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. I wanted to check in a little early but was told that the rooms would not be clean until 2:00 pm. But, I was allowed to use the business center till then. Biggest problem: A $10 fee for parking.

Convenient to Airport & public transit (Chicago Transit Auth.) Pleasant. breakfast.
Light in entrance to room burnt out. Hard to find light switches.
Pleasant place to stay. Nice room and bed. Very nice bathroom. Friendly & helpful staff. Near airport but did not hear airplanes except on one of the afternoons. Don't know why I only heard airplanes in afternoon. The most important thing is that I did not hear any at night.
