Beautiful public spaces and a great location.
Did not receive room preference and they wanted to up charge on arrival for it.

The hotel public spaces were top end for a holiday inn. The rooms were standard with a nice flat screen TV. It was a great location for our needs and the price was fantastic. Parking was 31 per night which even in a big city for non-valet open air parking seemed like a lot. overall, a great experience!

The staff was great and

Easy access to the CTA train. Lobby was pretty. Bellmen and concierge staff was EXCELLENT.
Really should be a Loop hotel not a Magnificent Mile hotel. We were told that all the rooms had river view. We had a view of the pool roof.
