Restaurant meals and service were excellent.
Our room smelled horrible, it was like a soured towels smell. We had one pack of coffee for room and lotion in the bath had been used.

It was very modern and friendly!
Very close to the worst part of Chicago.

This was my first time in Chicago. The hotel was a breath of fresh air after traveling through some rough parts of Chicago. The location was perfect for going to a Concert and than to a Cubs game.It was a pleasant stay!!

Beautiful new hotel with very attractive rooms and services above what I expected.
Everything was closed in downtown Chicago after 5 pm Saturday and all day Sunday no food available to grandchildren.

Beautiful new hotel in downtown Chicago close to the Amtrak station/Union Station. Everyone was helpful and kind to the grandchildren. Very confortable beds and rooms. Large picture window but only a view of the building across the street - no views of the lake or Pier area of Chicago. 3 blocks from Sears tower and other attractions that kids wanted to see. I loved it there and my stay was too short to enjoy it more. Price through priceline was GREAT! read more

Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were wonderful. Food was great, easy access to airport with free shuttle there & back.

Hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Rooms were very nice & very clean. Restaurant had friendly staff & great food - very fast. Inside pool was clean - could use a little updating, but nice and clean. Had a very nice work-out room with equipment. Have a small room with computers for easy internet access if you don't have your laptop computer with you. Nice outside sitting area to enjoy! read more
