Incredibly friend and courteous staff, good location along the Blue Line, very clean and comfortable rooms.
Although it was located near the Cumberland Stop on the Blue Line, it's a somewhat dangerous hike across busy streets to get there.
Great staff, very friendly, very safe. Only ate at the breakfast buffet once, the food was great.

Pool was not filled.
Great place to stay, within walking distance of the El. Great free shuttle to airport and the medical exam.

I liked the decor. I also enjoyed the view from my window.
I think they need to rewrite the menus. Though the food is excellent, the menus don't describe what you get very well.
Very friendly, very helpful staff. In the past 3 months, I've had reason to stay at a number of hotels in the Chicago area. Though I have enjoyed them all, the only hotel that had a staff that was responsive to room service requests via normal channels was this one. This staff answered within 2 or 3 rings. At all the other places, I had to call back several times and then -- finally -- have the front desk contact room service for me. read more

Location - close to airport.
Noisy!
It was midnight and I had a 6am flight. People were having a party in the hallway, slamming doors, laughing, etc. I had to call to the front desk twice to get them to quiet them down.

The sheets were dirty (had some stains) no microwave and iron in our room, didnt feel safe, spittle
at the door.
I'm really sorry to say this, but
I wont recommend this hotel, ever.

The lobby was clean and attractive, smiling staff, very polite.
The air conditioner was very loud.
Excellent location, easy to find, the outdoor pool was beautiful, sorry I didn't bring my suit!
