Hotel staff and some facilities in and outside the room were way below my expectations.

Hotel room as such is okay, but use really cheap tissues and napkins. Hotel staff and restaurant staff were not so nice. TV didn't have a TV guide channel, so you had no idea what was on each channel. My 3/4th time went in just surfing the channels! The room was okay and the beds were comfortable. View wasn't great, location of the hotel is a plus.

Incredibly friend and courteous staff, good location along the Blue Line, very clean and comfortable rooms.
Although it was located near the Cumberland Stop on the Blue Line, it's a somewhat dangerous hike across busy streets to get there.

Great staff, very friendly, very safe. Only ate at the breakfast buffet once, the food was great.

Bed was very comfortable.
Water backed up in the tub while showering. Room outside elevator a litle noisy.

Overall good experience. Like the free internet and parking. Bed was very comfortable. Would use hotel again

I liked the decor. I also enjoyed the view from my window.
I think they need to rewrite the menus. Though the food is excellent, the menus don't describe what you get very well.

Very friendly, very helpful staff. In the past 3 months, I've had reason to stay at a number of hotels in the Chicago area. Though I have enjoyed them all, the only hotel that had a staff that was responsive to room service requests via normal channels was this one. This staff answered within 2 or 3 rings. At all the other places, I had to call back several times and then -- finally -- have the front desk contact room service for me. read more
