Room was very large and bed very comfortable.

We arrived early and our room was ready at 10am for check in. No complaints. Everything was great. Bath tub was a little dated, but otherwise room was in great shape. Nice view of Chicago River from the 26th floor. Windows open.

The location and views are outstanding.
Lobby and shower are in need of repair/renovation.

While this hotel is showing some wear and tear, it is in an unbeatable location to serve as a base for exploring downtown Chicago. The views of the Chicago river from the rooms are inspiring.

Location was great. Right on the Chicago River close to shops and sights.
No refrigerator in the room.

Hotel and room was clean. Were able to accommodate early check in with no problem. Gave us a room upgraded. View from room was awesome with panoramic views of the Chicago River. Hotel room was quiet despite lots of city traffic.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was a little warm even though we set the temperature as low as possible.

Great location and friendly staff. Large rooms, excellent views. Somewhat outdated bathroom fixtures and heating/cooling system and an old TV that didn't work very well, but overall an excellent hotel.
