The location was great.
I was given a different room than promised and the staff could have been better.

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were nice and well decorated. I probably would not choose to stay at this hotel again though. It started off wrong when I was told I was going to be on the top floor & was not. Then when we got to the room, the mini bar had opened drinks that they had not cleaned out.

The location was great. We could walk everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking a car. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel being on the river was fantastic.

Wish there had been a pool or hot tub.

We had a wonderful first time experience of Chicago, largely due to the Hyatt and its location and amenities. Would recommend it and return there. Safe, convenient and very pretty.
