The concierge called and got us reservatiopns at a great steak house, and she got us the best table in the house! Amazing!
The resteraunt was way too expensive. $18 for eggs and bacon is crazy.

The location.
Room was dirty.

I wasn't terribly pleased with the room overall. There were stains on the curtains and comforter, the bathroom fixtures were nicked and banged up, the toilet barely flushed, the surfaces of the room were dusty and the brochures/periodicals/catalogs looked old and worn. The location was good.

The location was perfect for shopping right off Michigan Ave. We were also close to clubs, bars, and Giordano's pizza!

Comfortable beds and choice of pillows. Nice flat screen and updated decor. Friendly staff and gorgeous lobby.
Bathroom needed some TLC. Tile grout and caulking need to be re-done. Parking was too much money.

Gorgeous hotel, bathroom in my room needed updating and parking offered was only Valet and $42 US a day. Too much.

Classy, with loads of options. Great place to stay anytime.
Proximity to the Magnificent Mile would always make us choose other options.

We've stayed here many times and have always loved it. As in most big cities for us, the view always makes the stay. With the right room, this could be the choice hotel in town.
