Bed sheets were clean.
Atmosphere unsettling for a woman traveling alone, bathroom fixtures were old and dated, carpets in the halls and room were in terrible condition.

I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

It was very efficiently set up, everything was laid out very well.
I liked everything, I had no issues at all.

The Holiday Inn Chicago - Willow brook is a moderately priced, good value. The rooms are updated, very clean and the guest service is wonderful. The people were extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased. The hotel hosts large business meetings, gatherings like weddings, etc. so it feels like a more luxurious hotel setting. The concierge lounge was available for use, even with having bought the hotel room through priceline, which I was very happy about. Excellent stay! read more

Was conveniently located to the area I needed to be in.
Some concerns about cleanliness of room.

Overall, room appeared to be clean because no visible dust & everything was made up. however, the fan vent in the bathroom appeared to be covered in a combination of lint/dust/rust or something. not sure what it was, but VERY unappealing. Also, while walking around the room in my white socks, they became dirty/dingy. on positive note, the employees were friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good. read more

The sports bar is great for a party with family & friends. The mattresses were too hard.
