Ice machine worked.
Front desk un-accessible at night for health issue.

Bed linens ruined my whole multi-night stay and no-one cared enough to remedy the situation, and did not seem the least bit concerned, and front desk was closed with no-one in attendance.

1st floor smelled funny; bad neighborhood.

This is definitely not in a touristy area of town; the area is a little scary and depressing. The 1st floor had a funny smell (thankfully our room was on the 2nd floor), and everything seemed a little run down, some broken things here and there like the towel hooks in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable.
Overall filthy.

The hotel is filthy small and does not have an elevator. The pool was not operational. I attempted to check out, was told I would be charged for the night that I did not stay. A hotel clerk said there were no rooms available. I was not able to return to my room because it was rented out, yet the hotel is attempting to charge me for the room.

The room and breakfast were excellent for the price.
Hallways smelled like smoke, especially downstairs.

Overall good quality and comfortable. Affordable.

Pleasant place to stay. Stay there quite frequently when we travel to that area to see family.

Beds were too hard and too high to climb into..

Nice clean rooms with helpful staff. Have stayed there in the past and will likely stay there in the future as well.
