Comfort Inn O'hare

The Comfort Inn was a moderately priced hotel, with a clean room and NICE fluffy pillows (a definite plus). The room was attractive and well worth the price. We only stayed one night, as we were traveling, so we did not experience any of the extras provided (pool, etc). There were restaurants conveniently located, and it was close to the airport.

Fine for basic requirements.

This was an average hotel that met our needs. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very nice although there was no mention of it when we booked the hotel (or it was not made very clear) There was also a free shuttle to and from the Allstate Area that was available at almost any time. I would stay in this hotel again.

I will never stay at a Comfort inn again and will think hard before I stay at a Choice hotel. When we first got there the room was dirty. The girls that work for me called the manager and let him know that the room and the bathroom floor was dirty. He accused them of doing it and did not even apologies for the condition of the room. The next day we put the do not disturb sign in the key slot and they came in our rooms anyway. We stay in a hotel at least once a month and this was by far the worst experience of my life! read more

Was nice but I order a queen size beds and I think that they were full and not queen.

The front of the hotel was for parking at the restaurant, so you had to go around to the back to park and get in the hotel. The rooms were clean and the desk, along the maids were very friendly. Beds were not that good it caused my back to hurt. It is hard getting across the street into the parking lot, so you have to go down and turn around to be safe, and there was no security for parking lot, and I was told there was, and I'm in Chicago! read more
