The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful.

This was a great hotel. We had 20 people with us and the staff was incredibly patient and helpful. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, close to the convention center, pretty decent breakfast.
The maid threw out some disposable containers I've been meaning to save.

Pleasant staff, good housekeeping, clean room and facilities, I liked how they had fresh coffee available 24 hrs.

This hotel had everything we needed and more.

This hotel was located right off the interstate and met all my families needs we even forgot our pillow and they mailed it back to us.

Complimentary continental breakfast, microwave and small refrigerator are high on my list A++.
The front desk could not give us the information if FedEX was available at the hotel to send our x-mas gifts home.

Staff was very helpful & friendly.
Stain on sheets. Water leak from bathroom light.

The hotel staff was very friendly. But there was only one entrance into the hotel, which was a back road...kind of confusing. There was a small
stain on the sheet. And water started coming out of the bathroom light, when I started to shower. Over all I was disappointed.

My husband and I rented two harleys for the weekend for our anniversary. We are just amazed at how different people treat you when they think your bikers.

It was clean.
To many kids out of control and maid was not friendly after 8:30am.

They need to tell prospective clients that they have lots of children staying there. Entire juvenile sport teams that run around out of control. The maid ran a sweeper in the hall at 8:30 am hitting every door. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this facility.
