Hot tub was great. Rooms were very nice with fridge & microwave ;-).
There was not much sound proof from room to outside.

This hotel had very nice rooms with plenty of space. The breakfast area was great and offered a wide variety. The beer tour at old Chicago pizza also offered a relaxing evening after a day of training. Staff was very curious as well.

Very clean and quiet.
No free breakfast even though breakfast was served.

There is nothing "wrong" with the hotel or its staff, just not the hotel for me. In the past you've placed me at the Best Western or the Marriott Courtyard.

Friendly staff, clean facility.
When I called the night before, I was told breakfast was "complimentary," but later found out it wasn't.

Overall this met my expectations of a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Felt mislead about the "complimentary" breakfast.

It was easy to find also my son who is in a wheelchair found it to be very accessiable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Can not say anything about what I did not like.

Very warm atmosphere. Friendly staff very willing to go out of their way to help their guests also I feel the hotel is very secure.

The price we paid was so low I was a little nervous. But everything was great!! The room was very clean, better than some luxury hotels I've stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Hot tub was cold on Saturday night.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Abed. We loved the made to order, complimentary breakfasts!

I liked the free breakfast, heated pool, whirlpool and exercise room.
The hallways, exercise room and elevator smelled like burned rubber. I was told that I could not get the free breakfast.
