The front desk help complained about management.

No elevator to the second floor.

This hotel was clean, well maintained and each room has a fridge and microwave which makes it handy for families to have snacks and keep food handy.

The hotel we stayed at was clean & friendly.
The Best Western Quiet House I gladly visit again.

The Best Western Quiet House was great. One thing the restaurant right next to the hotel Happy Joe's was terrible! The staff was wonderful hotel was very clean, the pool & hot tub was excellent.

Too close to highway, noisy at night and
breakfast was a bad joke.

Staff was extremely friendly and informative about the area and reccomended a couple of great restaraunts and bars. Room was spacious and quaintly decorated and really got you in the mood for the history of the town, but above all was amazingly clean. When I remarked about such to the desk clerk, she stated that the head of housekeeping use to be military, and it really showed. Very nice job! I felt very safe. This was a smoking room and you could hardly tell when you walked in to the room. The hotel, unfortunately, is a little too close to the highway, and I was woken several times during the night by trucks going by. Even for free breakfast, we didn't bother the second day. Most hotels could really use a little imagination when it comes to the so-called continental breakfast, but it should be fresh and/or at least edible. If the best you can do is two kinds of stale donuts or an apple, maybe you just shouldn't bother at all.But to be fair, the staff made the stay satisfying. read more

Nice location, clean.
I felt their breakfast was poor. To pay that much for a room and have a couple pieces of fruit, some old bagels and a few boxes of cereal was poor.

We have stayed here before and were happy with it. However, we were very unhappy with the poor selection of breakfast food. It was clean, but for the price, thought it would be a little nicer since we had a hot tub.

It was close to my destination.
Everything else.

I was disappointed with this hotel because the room I received was a smoking room, the hotel was not full and they would not honor my request for a non smoking room. The continental breakfast included old fruit, stale bakery goods, and old coffee.
