Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Ice machine is only on the first floor.

Hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and outside noise is nominal. The breakfast is adequate and the staff is very friendly.

Dirty room, linens not changed before we arrived on the rollout bed.

When you purchase a room you shoudn't have to clean up for the previous customer but that's what happened. Because the clerk on duty, gave a rollout bed and told us we had to change the sheets ourselves. She did however, leave us clean linens for the bed. Not very professional at all.

A very nice, large room that was clean with a comfortable bed and clean linens.

I had a problem with staff before our arrival obtaining a room with 2 beds. We were able to get that room type though after 3 phone calls.

friendly staff,nice location,close to resterants and shopping
had a strange oder in the elevtor and on the floor levels, dirty wash cloth and towel left in room

overall I'd give it an 8 or 9 but leaving dirty towels and the odor brings it down to a 6
