Comfortable, clean, quiet and attractive. The staff was skilled and helpful. I needed a refrigerator and one was kindly delivered to my standard room-- I appreciated this service. I recommend it highly.

Convenient location near the expressway but hotel itself seems quiet; room was of good design and hallways were clean and pleasant--seems like it has been updated recently. Typical courtyard layout with pleasant center outdoor area convenient to pool/workout indoor space.

We had a beautiful courtyard room. I loved it. So difficult to afford anything luxurious these days but this came pretty close. It was very relaxing. Nice having the business center to use also. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

If this location is convenient for your business in Chicago, this hotel is adequate. Do not count on assistance from the staff for dining recommendations. If you walk to one of the local eateries, between the lack of lighting and sidewalks, know you will be taking your life in your own hands. This hotel can barely manage the courtyard formula breakfast buffet. You are much better off opting for the I-hop which is five minutes away (or another breakfast specialty eatery) than trying to manage this overpriced, understaffed, badly managed breakfast option. Thankful of the no smoking for all of hotel but this hotel was difficult to enter into parking lot due to location. Room cleanup seemed to be done too quickly, beds were made but left covers off and didn't pick up pillows on the floor next to beds. Overall the room was just ok.
