false advertising- no refrigerator working in room and weird noise in bathroom

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok. The problem was false advertising, no refrigerator and this terrible noise in the bathroom all night, like fan was broken or something. I could of gotten better rate with motel than price line.
