Great location.
Services described in the hotel book of services were not correct. Only 1st floor ice machine.

Great location if shopping at Gurnee Mills. It was a quiet and comfortable room. For an older hotel it was kept up well.

I liked it's location. Close to restaurants and Mall.
The breakfast could have been better.

This hotel is in a great location. It's right across the street from the Gurnee Mills Mall. Room was very clean and updated. The bed was also comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. By the time we got to breakfast, everything was just about gone, but it was ok. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely stay hear again.

Noise from other rooms all night long, even after calling.

Hotel was a little run down. Fairly clean. Noise from the room above was so loud all night even after calling the front desk. Room was right next to the vending and ice machine which did not help the noise level. Was not a pleasant stay. Also some confusion about payment.

It was clean and conveniently located to great America and the mall.
Only one person at the desk. It took me 20 min to check in because no one was there.

Very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was good.

We were very satisfied, Rachel front desk went above and beyond her duties she was so helpful.
everything was awesome

What a great place to take the family affordable and such a helpful staff they made my stay with teenagers and toddlers easier than I would have imagined Rachel could not have been more helpful I will recommend the Fairfield Inn to friends and family.
