The room was clean. The location was easy to find.
The staff was non responsive when I called to verify my reservation.

Clean and attractive and well equipped. Good beds.
I was told upon arrival that I had to wait until the manager returned from picking up her kids.

My wife said the shower water controls were confusing.

The front desk clerk was very friendly.
Carpet was dirty (stains). Hair in bath tub. Side security door broken. Felt uncomfortable due to conditions.

With 2 hotels in the area, this hotel appeared to be the better place. First impression was good. The desk clerk was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The grounds need. Going to the room, the side security door was broken and propped open. The room was musty with stains on the carpet. There was hair in the bath tub and the sheets were scratchy. Next time, I will take an early morning drive to conduct business. read more
