It was close to my business customers, but so were others.
Desk staff.

After talking with Jeff the manager he did nothing but said he was sorry. I travel all over the country and have never been treated this badly by a front desk clerk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly will not be staying there on my next Chicago trip.

The spacious room at a great price!
It was noticed the sheets had traces of blood on them from day one & it wasn't ours! Although a bed change was requested. It didn't occur.

All in all we were very pleased with the size of our room for such a reasonable price.

The room had a strong stale smoke smell and we requested non-smoking. The hotel safe continuously beeped.

Some hotel personnel very helpful. One fixed charge problem in spite of owner intractability
Owner tried to charge credit card for stay. Refused responsibility. Lied to cover up.

Cleaning crew did a great job, but floor was dirty. Owner tried to cover up his mistake presumably to save face. Do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, willingness to accommodate my needs.
Had room next to enter/exit door. 4am started slamming in and out awoke us, too late to move elsewhere.

Check-in clerk very friendly and accommodating, nice complimentary breakfast, offer of popcorn for microwave, free. Mostly clean room, clean linens, etc. Would stay at again when in Joliet, only have room in center, rather than first room from enter/exit door.

Convenient location, clean.
No room service. No food.

I really enjoyed my stay it was my second time staying there so I already knew it lived up to my standards which are pretty high I will stay there again and would recommend it.
