Staff acted quickly to solve problem with room initially.
A better job could have been done to the rest rooms.

Was somewhat difficult to locate. Isolated but quiet location. Several fast food places within walking distance.

Easy to get onto the interstate, and close to where we were spending most of our time.
Room was not a non-smoking, there definitely had been smokers in the room, and the refrigerator did not work.

Very outdated and not clean. Lobby had been renovated but the staff had wrinkled shirts and some stains - not very professional. Kind of was indicative of the whole hotel.

Very friendly staff.
There was no parking when we checked in, inconvenient access then into hotel.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff.
The parking was a pain and having no spot when we checked in was inconvenient to say the least. Also accessing the hotel from the north was also inconvenient.

It was a great experience. Actually comfortable. The staff was very helpful with everything including help with itinerary.
