Took 30 minutes to get into a room.

We had to wait 30 minutes to get into a room because there was no one manned at the desk. When you called on the phone it took him awhile to get there. He first gave us a room that was still occupied or uncleaned. Then they gave us another room.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly.
The fact that we were not told upfront about extra pricing.

The hotel was nice for what we were using it for. It had an honor convenience store for a light breakfast or snack. The only drawback was that we booked a room for 4 people for a set price then when we got there, only then we were told that there was only 1 bed and we could upgrade for a room with an additional bed for more money. We felt that were victims of a "bait and switch" tactic. read more

Convienent to Great America excellent price.
No pool.

This was a decent hotel. Perfect for a business traveler as the suit was very nice. We would have liked a pool but thats the way it goes. We got a great price. Our kids slept no the floor as there was only one bed. No big deal for the price.

Can't say anything nice, The place was dirty and when I asked for a handicap room I was given a blow up bed.

Hotel was dirty, I was not given a handicap room, when I asked about it, they gave me a blowup bed. The person working the night shift really hated his job. All around bad experience.
