Availability of stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, and silverware.
Too far from my destination (a Karate school in Naperville).
We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It is okay for this Priceline price I bid and we like to cook healthy foods for children instead of buying fast foods.

Hard to find the hotel.
This hotel has everything a traveler would want, including kitchenette.

Cleanliness.
Beds and pillow were not comfortable.
Very clean and very nice. First-class with an actual kitchen in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Handy to the locations we wanted to go.
The temperature in the room was too cold at first.
It was nice. The bad thing is there was no room for our child. So, we did not sleep well.

Good location, reasonable facilities at a good price.
I informed her that if what she as saying is not true then I would escalate to authorities since I had already paid for the service. Later I walked into a room that was not trashed and dirty. She seemed to put a concern and later gave me an upgrade and again mentioning the fact that she was giving me a" big "room. What is value of a "big room" after losing a basic sense of dignity? I also felt racial undertones although that may be hard to prove. It was one hour at the front desk before I could step into a room. The funny thing is I was planning an extended stay later based on my first experience at this hotel. read more

Economy. Cooking utensils/frig, microwave, clean, good price is the key word!
Odor at first entering the room until asking attendant for deodorant sprays.
Location is too far away from Naperville shopping area where I intended the trip for.

Convenient location.
I am a late check in on Thursday evenings and Jennifer here at the Lisle hotel is just wonderful. She makes my stay a home away from home. The maintanence is well kept.

Very convenient location.
I have stayed at this hotel quite often now and the night customer rep is just great. I feel like its home away from home. She does an excellent job. She works after hours weekends.
