All standard rooms are suite sized and include a large work desk, 2 phone lines, and large sitting area. Local transportation to local companies within 5 miles. Front Desk offers transportation schedules and overlooks requests. 22 miles from O'Hare, 28 miles from Midway. Promotions for frequent guest and frequent flyer programs. Excellent restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities nearby. Located off of I-88 and Rt. 53. Convenient to all major highways and only 30 miles from downtown Chicago. Hotel offers over 12,000 square ft. in meetings rooms including Panorama rooms, board rooms, ballroom, and others. Meeting rooms with windows available. All public areas are non-smoking. read more

When checking in, we were advised that the water would be shut off from 10pm to 5am for maintenance both nights of our stay. To compensate the staff offered plenty of liters of brand name water as well as free full breakfast in their restaurant for all of the members of our party. Excellent planning and service and we were not inconvenienced in the least.

Clean, upscale, exceeded expectations.
Had to pay for internet service. That was a first.

Everything exceeded my expectations during my stay. The one thing that I did not like was a food staff member was smoking on his way out of the non-smoking facility. I had to endure this while unloading my car going in and out. I would recommend a policy change there. Having worked for a hotel management company before, I was shocked to see this at the front door.

Nice lobby and easy location.
The hotel got a bit old rooms may need some repair.

The lobby is in good shape but the rooms were not as charming as the lobby. For internet access you have to pay and its a minus here.

Loud high school dance going downstairs and could hear music blasting on 6th floor.

Very nice and rooms could be improved with a mini-fridge/microwave.
