Hotel lobby staff was cheerful and friendly.
Our phone did not work, hence, no wake up call. No one was manning the front desk at 4:30 when we departed for the airport.

The rooms are very small! The shower.

It is located in an excellent spot. I was put in a room with a king bed and then moved to a room with two full size beds which was uncomfortable.

No hot water, refusal to clean room, garbage left in hall, pathetic breakfast bar.

It was conveniently located. The morning hotel clerk was very friendly.
Small room. Continental breakfast was just as small.

I would only stay one night. The room was too small and the continental breakfast wasn't much.

Location and the room was clean.
Check out was slow, staff was not well trained.

The hotel room was clean, a little small but clean and attractive, breakfast nothing special but ok for what we needed. Staff was slow at checking you out though and untrained.

Excellent Sunday morning warm breakfast.

Very clean. Easy location. We did have a fire alarm that was a false alarm but it would have easily woke us at nighttime if it had been at night versus the mid-afternoon that it happened.

Except foe the fire alarm being set off at 1:00 a.m. the stay was OK. The number of television stations and quality could be improved.

Had to have a freezing cold shower.

Location was good. Service was poor. Was awoken by pounding on our door by the person who slides the bill under our door in the morning, and had to take a cold shower.

Thermostat in rooms didn't work and wet (squishy), moldy hallways.

The staff was very friendly and was close to airport is the only good qualities. No coffee in the rooms and thermostats in room wouldn't work; one room very cold and other was very warm. The hallway carpets stunk of mold and mildew and the carpet was squishy wet when you walked on it!

Seemed "worn". Some hallway walls were damaged, one ice machine container holder was broken. Only one wastebasket in the room.
