Climate control in room did not work well

The room was basically what you would expect. It was comfortable and quiet. The climate controls had a label on it that said if it was too hot or cold, just turn it off. On arrival in August the room was properly conditioned for a polar bear. It appeared that the thermostat did not do anything. This was clearly a 1-star type of system. Clean and quiet.
Elevator broke on Wednesday and still was not fixed when I left the following Tuesday.

Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Decent free breakfast. Would be nice if they had microwaves and regrigerators in all of the rooms .

The large informal area in the lobby.
Noise level in the evening.

Enjoyable weekend for my sons and I and families. Everyone liked their accommodations. The price was reasonable.

nice breakfast.
Hotel restaurant not open on Friday or Saturday.

The room was very comfortable and the curtains were very nice with blocking out the sunlight. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The garden area was a nice place to relax and reflect. The continental breakfast was extensive and had a lot of choices to offer. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very friendly and efficient staff/ loved the suite.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of foods both hot and cold. I will definitely stay at this facility again.

Complimentary local shuttle was a great service.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times the staff has gone out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The complimentary local shuttle is a wonderful service. The breakfast is one of the best I have encountered - great hotel. I definitely plan to stay there again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff helped us in many ways. Breakfast buffet was
EXCELLENT!

If you are business traveler or personal traveler you will be extremely happy with this hotel. The rooms will suit every need. There is wireless available. The breakfast buffet is a welcomed bonus seven days a week. If you are in the Naperville area, do not go past this Country Inn and Suites. Stop and you will be rewarded with a wonderful stay.

Front desk help, room cleanliness, and food were fantastic.
That two people had to go to the pool together seemed odd.

My wife and I went to a conference and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk help was genuine, the breakfast was fantastic, the room, bathroom, bed were all excellent.

Pool and work out area, lobby all nice.
Rooms were dated and old.

The lobby and pool/work out areas nice. The restaurant and lounge areas attractive. The suite was too small and priced too high given its age. For example the doors had rust. The amenities were dated. No family friendly channels on cable listing. i.e. animal planet etc.
