The price and convenience.
No coffee cups in room, gave me the run around but never had them.

It's a nice hotel, but the beds are outdated.

The studio room with kitchen was great, like being at home.

It's perfect for people on a budget and can eat in the majority of the time. It was comfortable and spacious. It's great if you plan on staying 2 days or more

Friendly staff, felt safe, kitchenette was great.
Mattress could have been better.

Great room set-up with kitchenette, nice size fridge. Easy access from I-88. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good place to come back to after long sessions at a seminar - no worries about where to go eat etc. I brought all the food I needed and it worked out great.

front desk was exceptionally helpful and courteous.
I had the hunt down a garbage can in the room. It took awhile to find.

Great hotel, not only for the price. Great location right off of tollway.

The price.
Bad directions given by person on phone cost me an extra hour.

For $30 I wasn't expecting much and once I found the hotel is was what I expected. This is the third time I have stayed at this chain of hotel and the beds are very poor quality. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and if I would have needed the kitchen area it would have been a nice feature.

Very accommodating staff.
Broken air conditioner, limited kitchen supplies.

Upon checking into our room we realized the air conditioner was not working - it was in the nineties outside. We called down to the front desk and went through a procedure with them over the phone which did not work. Called again - the same reply. And finally a maintenance man came up to the room to have a look. He replaced the air conditioner while we were gone, but it never ran quite right, though it was better. The staff did not supply maid services or towels unless you brought your dirty towels downstairs for a towel exchange. The staff was very friendly and helpful. read more
