The beds were hard as a rock and made sleeping difficult.

Was in a smoking room. No one asked if I wanted to be in a smoking room. It stunk like a hamster cage. Less than desirable.

The breakfast bar was diverse and tasty.
Our microwave oven didn't work. We would have appreciated a TV guide.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. The vending selection was excellent. The room was adequate. My daughter and traveling companion wants to go back there.

It was close to restaurants.
Service and small room.

The staff was rude. Front desk clerk constantly insisted that we would be charged extra for additional guests after we continuously told him that the people with us were merely our guides to the hotel. I called in advance for a non-smoking room because I decided to bring my 1 yr old nephew who has breathing problems but when I got there I was told that there were none available. Room service didn't even knock the following morning and walked in while I was getting dressed. read more

We were spending a couple of days in St Louis for a family getaway & this was a great place to stay..close to St Louis attractions, very clean & comfy beds!

Very clean free breakfast!
Didn't have enough towels in the pool area.

Front staff was super nice during check-in and check-out. They had 2 people restocking the free breakfast area! That was really nice!
