Price.
Rooms were bad.
Our first room we could not get the heater/AC to work, only the fan with no temperature control and the toilet didn't flush every time. So we moved across the hall and with that room the microwave did not work for our microwave popcorn. It met our accommodations of just sleeping there but that was it.

The room was big, and also had nice amenities like a fridge and a microwave.
We found a few bed bugs under the mattress. Also, the sheets were stained and did not look clean.

Beds were nice and comfortable.
Pillows were very high and halls smelled like smoke.

It met my needs.
Nothing
It was clean and met my needs. If it weren't for my GPS the hotel might of been a little hard to find the first time to the hotel.

The price is what we like the best.
The area for the breakfast was very crowded.
The hotel was comfortable and met our expectations for a quick, affordable family get-away. The room was clean and the breakfast adequate.

Extra in room, elevator close by.
No ice buckets where ice was, ladder in pool broke.
Nice rooms, had all the extras like coffee maker, microwave, fridge, ironing board, had free WiFi, elevator was close to rooms.

The bed was comfortable.
The air conditioner was loud all night long put in handicap room, given used shampoo & conditioner, shower old looking and rusty fixtures. ucky.
The lobby area was clean and neat. Wanted to use the pool water was green. Breakfast frozen eggs, had to mircowave gravy and biscuits. Personnal put food out with hands no gloves, and went back and forth from desk to resturant area never washing his hands.

The location of the hotel was ideal for my needs
I was surprised at the condition of the room--very run down.
The room I was assigned in the hotel was very run down. The veneer on the furniture was peeled back and the bathroom had mold everywhere. The shower curtain should have been thrown away long ago. It was full of mold. I had originally been assigned a room on the 3rd floor but I was traveling with a large number of suitcases so thought it would be easier to stay on the first floor. After seeing the condition of the room, I thought maybe I had been given a room that hadn't been used recently, but then I remembered the desk clerk said, the new room assigned to me might not yet be cleaned. This tells me that no matter what floor I was assigned too, most likely all the rooms were run down. The hotel needs to be updated. It was comfortable though. The lobby and hallway area had a clean smell and the continental breakfast each day was okay. read more
