Our room didn't get cleaned because we had the do not disturb sign on the door.

Newer hotel. Nice lobby and rooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free cookies in lobby. Flat screen tv. Good breakfast.

Very limited time to review the hotel but general exposure was good. Staff was friendly and helpful and room decor was nice.

Cleanliness and new comfortable bedding bathroom facilities up to date amenities such as hot-tub and good breakfast.
We asked for late check out (1:00) which they gladly approved, yet locked us out of our room at noon. A staff member cut me off in the parking lot!

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly, everything was new and clean, the bedding was up to date and clean, the showers functioned well and were up to date as well. Housekeeping was very nice, as I was in the room when they came.

They had books on hand to read.
They charged me for local calls.

The one oversight was they charged me for local calls to order a pizza. They did remove them when brought to their attention, but a lot of times I leave the hotel and do not stop at the desk, so had I not done that I would have been charged. The staff was very friendly and apologized.
