Overall experience was very good.

Very clean hotel. Great service at the desk. Shuttle service was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone.

Close to what I wanted to see.
Questionable neighborhood, dirty, old, and bad food.

Everything was dirty and the pool was scary looking. I wouldn't let my kids in the pool. The hotel is old and the room was small.

Especially friendly and accommodating staff.
My floor was very noisy; the wedding guests were having a wonderful time.

Luckily the hotel had non-smoking rooms available.

Bennigans was located inside the hotel and their were many little Towny bars nearby. Convenient.

Nice layout, clean, and comfortable. A little older, but this only added to the charm.

Charming, older hotel in historic Rock Island area. Excellent, friendly staff, comfortable, quiet rooms and very good pool and fitness facilities. Restaurant could be better.

Staff, location, and quality.
Quality of the pool was excellent. However, small for lap swimming great for a family.

The location was better than we expected. However, the staff far exceeded our expectations. You could not ask for more professional and friendly individuals. This includes individuals behind and in front of the desk.
